Journey to Brotherhood

As an Ordeal member, your primary focus should be on actively participating in your home unit. After six months after your Induction, you will have the chance to solidify your membership by advancing to Brotherhood. As a Brotherhood member, your focus expands to include serving the lodge and offering leadership at the chapter or lodge level.

Achieving Brotherhood membership is a visible expression of your commitment to the Order of the Arrow. The Brotherhood Trail – your path toward the Brotherhood Honor – reinforces the values and traditions demonstrated during the Ordeal and provides guidance on further involvement with the lodge. Lenape Lodge offers members two opportunities each year, during induction weekends, to complete their Brotherhood journey and strengthen their connection to the Order.

You can find the Brotherhood Study Guide here. The password follows the guidelines using this link. You can find all information on the Brotherhood Test in your OA Handbook given to you at your Induction.

To sign-up and seal the bond, head over to the Upcoming Events page. Please note: your lodge dues must be paid for you to become a Brotherhood member of the Order of the Arrow. If you have any questions, feel free to contact the Brotherhood Committee through the Contact form on our website.
