Long Term Calendar

The Lodge develops a long term calendar to assist with planning and give Arrowmen more notice of events. These dates are preliminary and are subject to change, and all changes will be updated on the website as soon as they are made.

2025-26 Lodge Calendar: 

  • September 25: LEC Meeting (Virtual Only) – Pre-Induction
  • September 27 (8am-8pm): Council Camporee Service (PHSR)
  • October 8 (6pm-9pm): Elangomat Training and Walkthrough (PHSR)
  • October 10-12: Fall Induction Weekend (PHSR)
  • October 18 (8am-9pm): Cub Fun Day Service
  • October 23: LEC Meeting (Virtual Only)- Pre-Fellowship
  • November 7-9: Fall Fellowship (PHSR)
  • November 9: Lodge Business Meeting (PHSR) 
  • November 20: LEC Meeting (PHSR/Virtual)- Pre-Bash/Banquet
  • December 12 (7-9pm): Holiday Bash (Location TBD)
  • January 11 (1-5pm): Lodge Banquet (Location TBD-Osprey District)
